At ZAPRO, we take pride in crafting high-quality leather watch straps. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make things right.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Only prepaid orders are eligible for return.
Used, worn, or damaged straps
Custom-made or altered straps
Free products from promotional offers
Final sale or clearance items
Orders returned after 7 days of delivery
Email us at zaprowatchstraps@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will verify and approve eligible requests within 24–48 hours.
Return instructions and address will be shared with you via email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated.
📦 Note: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed only for eligible prepaid orders returned in acceptable condition.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All orders must be prepaid via secure online payment methods.
As a result, cash refunds are not possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or a short video to zaprowatchstraps@gmail.com
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
