Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays in India.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders above ₹499 within India.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and availability of the item.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Use this tracking number to track your package as it makes its way to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Zapro is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Currently we're not offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within India.
