Refund & Return Policy for Zapro Watch Straps

At Zapro, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our watch straps. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you find the perfect fit.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request being approved.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn Condition: The strap must not have been installed on a watch, buckled, or creased. Leather straps show wear immediately if buckled, and we cannot accept returns on items with visible marks or "lug" scratches.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original Zapro packaging with all tags and protective films intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Straps: Any strap made to specific custom measurements or engraved cannot be returned.

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or specific clearance event are non-refundable (unless defective).

  • Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

4. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new strap. Once the return is accepted, we will process your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Rejected: If the strap shows signs of wear (creasing or marks), we will contact you to discuss returning the item to you at your expense.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
