All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, such as stock clearance events or "Buy 1 Get 1" promotions, please allow for an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
Shipping options and estimated delivery windows will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your specific location.
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is usually updated by the carrier within 24 hours of pickup.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Zapro cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately at zaprowatchstraps@gmail.com . While we are not directly liable for carrier errors, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
